Follow Me enables users to receive or place a call on multiple devices, while still using the same extension or phone number.
For example, users can set up their numbers to tie together a Desk Phone as well as a mobile smartphone.
That way, when their work number is called, both the desk phone and smartphone will ring — the user then has the option, of course, to answer the call on either device.
Users can also handoff, or transfer, calls between the two devices seamlessly, without the other participant even knowing.
